6/11/08After a heatwave swept Boston the last three days, ice cream sounds like a great idea! Many Bostonians attended the all-you-can eat Scooperbowl at City Hall Plaza this week. Reporter Katelyn Kennedy toured the event and talked to some of the visitors. Watch what she found out.
